RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing/quality defect, email us at info@sekkle.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. If it's our error, we'll cover the replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong item sent:
We messed up and sent you the wrong thing? Email info@sekkle.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
Lost in transit:
If tracking shows your package hasn't moved in 2+ weeks past the estimated delivery date, contact us. We'll cover the replacement if it's truly lost.
RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS
Because every Sekkle piece is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns for refunds or exchanges on items you simply changed your mind about.
This applies to:
- Size changes
- Color changes
- Design preferences
- "It's not what I expected."
Before you order: Double-check your size using our size guide. Review product photos and descriptions carefully. All sales are final once production begins.
If you need a different size or color after receiving your order, you'll need to place a new order at your own expense.
SHIPPING & ADDRESS ISSUES
Wrong address provided:
If the address you entered is incomplete or incorrect and the carrier can't deliver, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address. You'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Unclaimed packages:
If a package is returned to us because it went unclaimed (wasn't picked up from the post office, refused delivery, etc.), you'll cover the cost of reshipping once we confirm the details with you.
NOTIFICATION
When we receive a returned shipment, we'll send you an automated email notification.
EU CONSUMER NOTICE
Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Because all Sekkle products are made to order, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our facility. We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements for:
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or washing
- Damage that occurred after delivery (intentional or accidental)
- Items returned without original tags or in non-resellable condition
- Claims that don't match the photographic evidence originally submitted
If we determine a claim was fraudulent or the damage occurred post-delivery, no refund or replacement will be issued. The item will not be returned to you.
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers with a history of fraudulent claims.
